427 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document sets out the terms and rules governing the use of the 427 platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read carefully before using any of our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 427 platform, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.
427 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these terms at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on the platform. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms constitute a binding agreement between you as the user and 427 as the platform provider. The official language governing this agreement is Bahasa Melayu.
2. Account Creation & Security
To access the full range of 427 services, you are required to register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Multiple account registrations are prohibited and may result in account termination.
- You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account.
- You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential.
- You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
- Please notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
- 427 is not liable for any losses resulting from a user's own disclosure of their password.
False or misleading registration information may result in your account being suspended or closed without prior notice.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
By using the 427 platform, you agree to comply with all of the following rules:
- Not use the platform for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.
- Not attempt to hack, damage, or interfere with the platform's operations in any way.
- Not use automated software, bots, or scripts to access or manipulate the platform.
- Not share, sell, or transfer your account to any third party.
- Not spread false or misleading information about the 427 platform.
- Not engage in any form of fraud, forgery, or financial misconduct.
Any violation of the above rules entitles 427 to take immediate action, including suspending or closing the account in question and reporting to the relevant authorities where necessary.
4. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the 427 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). The following conditions apply to payments:
- Deposits: You may make deposits using supported payment methods, including local bank transfers and available digital wallets. Deposits will be credited to your account once verified.
- Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests will be processed within the stipulated timeframe, subject to identity verification and bonus requirement compliance where applicable.
- Transaction Limits: Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals are as stated in the payments section of the platform.
- Transaction Fees: 427 does not charge additional fees for most transactions, though third-party charges may apply depending on your chosen payment method.
- Inactive Funds: Accounts that have been inactive for a set period may be subject to an inactive funds policy as outlined in the current terms.
427 reserves the right to hold or reject withdrawal requests that raise suspicion of fraud until an investigation has been completed.
5. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
The 427 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no guarantee that the platform will always be free from technical disruptions, errors, or downtime. To the extent permitted by law, 427 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 427 platform — including logos, designs, text, images, software, and multimedia materials — is the exclusive property of 427 and is protected under Malaysian intellectual property law. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, or use any such content without prior written consent.
Third-Party Links
Our platform may contain links to third-party websites for informational purposes. 427 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party sites. Visiting external links is entirely at the user's own risk.
6. Account Policy, Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Account Suspension & Closure
427 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account in the following circumstances: breach of the terms of use, suspected fraud or platform abuse, a request from a competent authority, or at 427's sole discretion when deemed necessary. Users whose accounts have been suspended may contact us for further clarification.
Voluntary Account Closure
Users may request to close their account at any time by contacting the 427 support team. Any remaining balance will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures, subject to applicable conditions.
Changes to Terms
427 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Users will be notified via an on-platform notice. Continued use after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the appropriate channels under Malaysian jurisdiction.
